Home/Pricing

Straight pricing, in writing.

One setup fee, one monthly Care Plan, and your running costs at cost. Your exact numbers come after the Audit, in plain writing, before you sign anything.

How pricing works

From Audit to up and running.

Five steps, and you always know what's due next.

  1. Before you sign

    Audit credit

Your Audit fee comes off setup if you sign within 30 days.

  2. 50% When you sign

    Half of setup

One-time setup. Work starts once the first half is paid.

  3. 100% At sign-off

    Other half

Due once it's working and you've signed off on it. Setup is now paid in full.

  4. Monthly

    Care Plan

Daily checks, fixes and your monthly report. Three months minimum, then month to month.

  5. Anytime

    Upgrades

Move up a plan anytime for the difference in setup.

Who you pay

You pay Kalus for the work. Everything else is billed to you directly, in your name.

Add-on to any plan

Win-back emails

One email campaign to past customers who agreed to hear from you, timed for your slow season.

Makes sense if you have a clean list of past customers.

Standalone · no monthly plan
